Is your factory ethical?
We manufacture in a family owned factory in Egypt. All our workers are paid fairly and work under excellent conditions.
What are the minimum quantities for ordering?
Our minimum quantity requirement is 100 units. However, exceptions can be considered based on your specific manufacturing needs, although this may incur additional costs.
Why should I produce with you and not somewhere else?

Can I order a sample before I buy in bulk?
Certainly, you have the option to request a sample. This sample will be a 1:1 replica of your bulk production, providing an accurate representation of the product's quality and allowing you to test your custom fits.
How much does a sample cost?
The average cost for a sample is approximately 200€. Notably, this cost is deductible from the total of your bulk order when it is processed.
What if I don't like the sample you sent me?
You have the flexibility to refine your design and request another sampling round if it doesn't fit the description.
What is your Quality Control Process?
In our quality check, we make sure everything measures up to the approved chart, and we closely examine seams and prints for any issues. This guarantees that every piece you get is just like the sample you saw before placing your order.
How long does it take to get my order?
Samples typically take 2-3 weeks to be crafted, while the production process spans 2-4 weeks.
